murder & dual rules

murder rules

1.A player is allowed to kill both npc's and players as long as there is good reason .

2.If your character is murdered you are not allowed to take revenge.

Dual rules

1.In order for a dual to begin both parties must be in agreement with the terms of
the dual.

2.In order for a dual to count there must be at least one eye witness present at the
time of the dual.

3.The dualist must stand a good distance apart and without first aiming .They must
kill there appoinent without moving from there spot.

4.When a character dies in a dual his character is automatically killed reguardless
of how many lifes he/she had before the dual.

5.Duals are legal and there for the victor can not be punished by law but however
can be by a friend of the dead.
