Bio:My name is Jose Ramirez, I was born in Miami,FL my family is Hispanic. We didn't have the luxury other people who were from U.S. had, mostly because we didn't know the English like they did. In school the other children would laugh at my accent, but I still did in school. I never really got the English language under my belt until I got into my last year of high school. That is when I had to learn English or I would not be able to have a successful career in what ever I wanted to be, so I took as much classes as I could to learn English. At the end of the school year I had learned how to speak English enough to have a successful career. As soon as I knew it I had a dream of becoming chief of police. I still have a long way to go but I plan on becoming a chief of police. I traveled to Liberty City because my cousin said that the LCPD was looking for new recruits so I went their when I could and asked him if their was still a spot. Luckily I was their in time their were a few spots left.
