Dear U.S. President,
I would like to discuss matters about the Mexican American Treaty. If It continues that my citizens must enter America with a green card or citizenship, and your citizens are able to roam freely, then this treaty will be over. If you want this treaty to continue, your citizens must receive a passport if they want to enter Mexico. This is an unofficial matter until contacted by the U.S. President, by person or by
telegram.
The motive of this telegram is to explain the pleed of Mexican citizens. The treaty has caused the demoralization of Mexican citizens. This being so, due to the threat and/or warning that America could overthrow any dictatorship presented to Mexico. This is a result of a bad disagreement due to the fact that America thinks to prove that it has the rightful cause to control the government of Mexico.
If this message is not confronted and replied to most immediately, the Mexican Government will begin it's process on the liberation of the people's country. This will effect the border disputes, rise the moral for complete independence in Mexican citizens, and ultimately cause a very serious conflict between these two bordering Nations.
Sincerely, the Secretary of Defense of Mexico and the President of Mexico
