Mexican American Peace Treaty

Within this Treaty, it is to be stated and insured that it is entirely up to the USA wethar to open and or close the Border of Mexico. American Citizens, when the border is open, are to be able to freely move about all non-militarized places in Mexico. For Mexican Citizens, they must receive a "Green Card" or Citizenship to enter. USA Military Forces are to be able to be on Mexican land in order to defend Mexico and it's Citizens from Spain and other foreign Nations. Presidente Estaves is to be placed, by the USA, as the new leader of Mexico. Along with this, one American is to be able to be in his Top Advisory Board at all times. The USA, in order to restrict Tyranny and Injustice may decide if the Mexican Government is becoming a form of "Dictatorship", and is to be able to do everything within their power to keep Mexico a Democracy.
