“Lakota-American Peace Treaty”
Within this treaty, the allowance of America to create a settlement to be called “Thieves’ Landing” as well as a settlement and a port that will be called “Blackwater”. In return for this, the Natives / Indians receive the recognition of their land (Cochinay, Tall Trees, Manzanita Post, Northern/western Great Plains), Ability to use the port, and reserve full rights to trade with the merchants using said port. Either Nation may open or close their borders as they please with no retaliation. In order for any man to build on Native Land, there must be expressed written consent from the current Leader of the Nation, and the consent of the Native Chief.

Amendment 1-
This Amendment allows the construction of a Military Base on the southern most tip of the Great Plains, and allows 22 Men to be stationed there at all times. In the event of a border closing, these men are not to be evicted from there post by any Native, nor any man who is not his superior in Rank. The land of which this base shall be made, is still to be considered Lakota Territory. All 22 Soldiers are to treat all Natives with respect, and any act in violation of this shall be seen as an act of Insubordination and be tried by the Lieutenant. Along with these, the Lakota also respectfully incline their assistance in the Wars with the Apache and against Great Brittan. Any man seen building on Native land without expressed consent of the Native Chief and the President of America shall result in any punishment the Natives wish to impose.
