Revised Mexican-American Peace Treaty

Within this Treaty, it is to be stated and insured that Mexico is its own independent country, it is also up to the USA or Mexican governments wether to open or to close the Border of Mexico. American Citizens and Mexican citizens are allowed to moved freely through both countries. USA Military Forces are to be able to be on Mexican land in order to defend Mexico and it's Citizens from Spain and other foreign Nations. Along with this, one American is to be able to be in his Top Advisory Board at all times. The USA, in order to restrict Tyranny and Injustice will advise the Mexican President on important matters to keep Mexico a democracy.
